Job Title: Account Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to manage and optimize our presence on the Amazon Vendor platform. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth account operations, maintaining product listings, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing profitability. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Amazon Vendor Central platform, a strong understanding of e-commerce, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Amazon Vendor Central account.
- Monitor and address account health, performance, and compliance issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Central-related inquiries.
- Order and Inventory Management:
- Monitor and process purchase orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and accurate inventory levels.
- Resolve shipping, invoicing, and payment discrepancies.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales performance, vendor metrics, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on sales trends, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s guidelines, policies, and terms of service.
- Stay updated on changes to Amazon Vendor Central processes and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience managing an Amazon account or similar e-commerce platform.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency on Amazon is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Amazon Vendor Central tools and features.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. English & Arabic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
- Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, with flexibility to handle time-sensitive tasks as needed.
- May require occasional travel.
