We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, and written posts) to promote our products/services and reflect our brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding in a timely manner.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overarching marketing campaigns.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting strategies.
- Engage with online communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Must Have
- Proven experience working as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
