Salary: 1500 EUR – 2000 EUR / month
As an Account Executive with proficiency in the German language, you will work closely with our clients to drive success and growth on the Amazon platform. You will ensure clients’ objectives are met, and deliver insights that help optimize their Amazon strategies. Fluency in both English and German will be essential in this role to serve our clients in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and goals on Amazon.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on account performance, discussing results, and setting goals for ongoing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients to improve their sales and profitability on Amazon.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Amazon services or products to clients.
- Optimize product listings, content, and PPC strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure that the client needs are executed successfully.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (spoken & written) is required. Proficiency in English is also essential.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Vendor Central
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms
- Additional languages
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
